Talk Like A Pirate Day Is Coming September 19th!

We love holidays at LBPP.net and a few years aft we found a rather unique one that a few pirates had started and has become one o’ our favorite yearly events. If you love pirates and fun times then International Talk Like A Pirate Day was made for you. Basically on September 19th everyone talks like a pirate for t’ day (as heard on KROQ), with plenty o’ ARrrrs, Avasts, and AHOY MATEYS! In honor o’ this awesome new holiday Long Beach Party Project has celebrated t’ past 4 years with a gathering of PIRATES!

Once again we be brin’in’ t’ old wench aft with t’ 5th Annual Punk Rock Pirate Party. Set sail for Clancys Irish Pub as we transform t’ entire bar into a huge pirate ship, give away a TON o’ pirate SWAG, rock out t’ some great local bands, and wear our best pirate threads! If you come dressed like a scallywag or salty sea dog we be lettin you in for a meer $3, or if you be all out o’ pirate garb then pay just $5 and we MAKE you a pirate for t’ day. The show be starting a bit early around 7pm and ends around 11pm so all you landlubbers can get back to slavin’ away!

T’ entertainment this year be a bunch o’ dirty rotten pirate punks from local waters and t’ get us goin’ in true pirate form The Blob will open thin’s up and then make way for locals FLB, The Disgustingtons, and Battleflask. So toss on yer pirate hat and join us this Sunday for somethin’ a little different then your usually show or we be makin ya walk t’ plank aft t’ t’ unsavory seas o’ t’ CPT!
